Dynamic Patient Experience Manager

This is a dynamic role that focuses on ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing various tasks related to patient engagement and admission/discharge paperwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating bill estimates, providing financial counseling, and advising patients on medisave, medishield, private shield, and corporate guarantees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a mix of tasks to ensure a smooth patient journey, including patient engagement activities and admission/discharge paperwork management.
- Generate bill estimates and provide financial counseling to patients or their next of kin.
- Advise patients on medisave, medishield, private shield, and corporate guarantees.
- Scan and archive documents.
- Follow up with patients on in-flight accounts.
- Escalate patients with financial difficulties to reporting officers.
- Perform billing during discharge.
- Enter data into the system.
- Nitec/Higher Nitec qualification.
- Pleasant and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Interest in working in a hospital setting.
- Able to work day shifts until 8:30 pm.
