Job Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective customers, managing customer orders and quotes, conducting contract reviews, price analysis, and ensuring delivery performance. This role involves collaborating with logistics, manufacturing, sales, and engineering teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and may require sourcing products from internal and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Management
- Execute contract reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Evaluate customer orders against supplier deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer KPIs and resolve delivery issues.
- Negotiate schedule changes with customers to meet their needs.
- Hub Operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Administrative
- Collaborate with logistics to improve delivery times and ensure compliance with quality management standards.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience required.
- Associate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Knowledge of basic business practices and the aerospace industry.
Competencies
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order management software.
- Familiarity with quality management standards and industry regulations.
