About the Role:

The Customer Service Intern will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department, providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Submit reports on a timely basis to establish customer schedules
  • Liaise and update customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues
  • Maintain and ensure safekeeping and traceability of customer documents/records
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
