Call Centre Senior Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Call Centre Senior Executive to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Chinatown, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities- Reports directly to the Quality Service Experience Manager (QSM)
- Responsible for providing excellent service to all customers, handling mailbox enquiries and resolving issues via email communication and personalised calls
- Ensures accuracy of data collected from customers and maintains and updates the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system
- Distributes enquiries and follow-ups to relevant teams, stakeholders, and departments, fulfilling service level agreements by responding to all emails within 3 working days turnaround time and ensuring prompt follow-up on cases
- Provides daily email summary reports to the QSM and escalates challenging issues or complaints received through mailbox channels
- Works closely with inbound/outbound Project Experience managers in developing quality service operational SOPs and processes, analysing service quality across the contact centre and providing recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Trains and guides employees to create a culture of service excellence
- Singaporean citizenship
- At least 2 years of call centre experience providing training or audit
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of SGD $44,400 based on the job requirements and location.
