About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Officer to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from clients efficiently and effectively, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Evaluate group compliance & control standards, observing and meeting requirements in the execution of customers' enquiries, transaction requests, and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers' information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ITE or 'O' levels qualification, with prior experience in Call Centre, Banking, or Customer Service environments considered an advantage.
  • A positive mindset, 'CAN-DO' attitude, and passion to deliver quality customer service.
  • Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills, and work etiquette.
  • Good analytical skills, passion for working, and proficiency in PC skills including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays, to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations.
