Senior Call Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Call Centre Operations Manager to join our team at SATA COMMHEALTH.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced call centre professional to lead and manage our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to achieve outstanding results.
- Analyse customer feedback, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve call centre operations and customer service delivery.
- At least 2 years of working experience in call centre management or operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in relevant digital applications, tools, and technologies.
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
