Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at JAZSTAR ENTERPRISE.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

They will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits, developing trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close agreements to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet customer needs
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities within territories
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
