Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead, ASEANWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our ASEAN team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a client-centric business development strategy for the ASEAN region, aligning with the firm's global client strategy.
- Manage a defined number of strategic client relationships, acting as the focal point of contact globally for these accounts.
- Facilitate participation in our client listening program for key clients, ensuring that feedback is actioned appropriately.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for business growth and advising on best practices for client relationship management.
- Lead on key strategic pitches and other strategic BD initiatives, contributing the ASEAN perspective to the global marketing function operating model.
- Proven experience in business development, with a strong understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Ability to operate in a leadership role, setting direction and motivating others to achieve results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Sophisticated understanding of how to develop key client relationships, through best-in-class and scalable client development methods.
- Expertise and experience across the full marketing, BD, and client development spectrum, with the ability to advise and deliver at a senior level.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
