About the Group Technology and Operations Department
The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, providing IT support services, and managing banking operations. By centralizing and standardizing technology components in Singapore, GTO has established a robust global framework that supports regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide, ensuring a secure and adaptable banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions are dedicated to delivering transactional services while emphasizing cost efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and streamlined processing.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, and Channels Operations Centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehending Business Requirements and Functional Specifications
- Mastering the TOSCA tool, utilized for designing test cases and automating end-to-end testing
- Understanding Test Case Design developed in TOSCA for technology modifications
- Leading testing delivery in accordance with the test strategy and plan
- Creating instances in TOSCA for various test data combinations
- Executing Exploratory Test Cases and documenting issues using the defect tracking tool - Jira
- Automating Test Cases in TOSCA for designated modules
- Reporting defects in the tracking system and ensuring resolution
- Conducting training sessions for affected operations and business users
- Providing post-implementation support to operations users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder
- Previous experience in manual or automation testing, ideally in Supply Chain or trade finance projects
- Essential operations experience in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
