Department Overview
The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, IT support services, and banking operations. By centralizing and standardizing technology components in Singapore, we have established a robust global framework that supports our regional subsidiaries and international branches, ensuring a secure and adaptable banking infrastructure.
Our Operations teams are dedicated to providing efficient transactional services while enhancing cost-effectiveness through process improvements, automation, and streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the effective execution of technology modifications, ensuring user requirements are met through comprehensive testing, training, and documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing for retail banking software.
- Analyze user needs, review functional specifications, and strategize testing to guarantee thorough coverage.
- Manage the complete testing process, ensuring quality verification, documentation of defects, timely issue resolution, and progress tracking.
- Support business and operational users in achieving readiness, conducting pilot runs, health checks, and post-implementation assessments.
- Aid in the creation of system functionality documentation, user training manuals, target operating models, and other relevant materials.
- Analyze and provide assistance regarding production issues and customer inquiries directed through support channels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of automated testing scripts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in operations and project management, particularly in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid analytical skills.
