About the Group Technology and Operations Department
The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, IT support services, and banking operations. We have streamlined and standardized our technological frameworks in Singapore, enabling us to support our regional subsidiaries and global branches efficiently. Our operations extend across 19 countries, ensuring a secure and adaptable banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions focus on providing transactional services while enhancing cost efficiency through process optimization, automation, and seamless processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Acquire proficiency in the TOSCA tool, utilized for software testing to create test cases and automate comprehensive testing.
- Comprehend test case designs developed in TOSCA for technological changes.
- Oversee testing delivery in alignment with the established test strategy and plan.
- Generate instances in TOSCA for various test data combinations.
- Execute exploratory test cases and document issues using the defect tracking tool.
- Automate test cases in TOSCA for designated modules.
- Log defects in the tracking system and ensure resolution follow-up.
- Facilitate training sessions for affected operations and business users.
- Provide post-implementation support to operational users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in operations and project management, particularly in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid analytical skills.
