The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the manager, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient company processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that the manager is prepared and on time for all engagements.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Perform administrative and office support tasks, including managing office maintenance, water supply, insurance updates, cleaner management, filing system, and contact database.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
