Senior Institutional Client Manager

Our platform empowers users to store, send, and receive a wide range of digital assets effortlessly, protected by advanced encryption protocols.
We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the product and design of the wallet function. This role requires someone with deep institutional operations experience and exceptional strategic vision to lead the continued growth and innovation of our platform in the institutional client space.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute institutional customer operation strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and optimize institutional customer operation projects to realize project goals and results.
- Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients, providing customized solutions and quality services.
Institutional Client Acquisition and Retention
The ideal candidate will expand new institutional customers and increase the number of institutional customers and transaction volume. They will also drive improvements to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Brand Building and Event Planning
The selected candidate will plan and organize offline events and large-scale summits for institutional customers to enhance the platform's brand influence and visibility in the institutional market. They will design and implement marketing campaigns exclusive to institutional clients to increase their participation and activity.
Requirements
- Applicants with more than 5 years of experience in institutional customer operations or related work, and those familiar with digital cryptocurrency transaction processes are preferred.
- Excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills, and the ability to formulate and implement effective operational strategies.
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness, and the ability to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients.
