Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Manager to lead our team of researchers and engineers in the development of advanced packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing complex R&D projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for advancing packaging technology.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present research findings to senior management.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including 3 years or more in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as System-in-Package (SiP), Fan-Out Wafer-Level Packaging (FOWLP), and Heterogeneous Integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, resource coordination, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
