Advanced Packaging Technology Development Engineer

Micron's Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) is responsible for delivering package development for high-performance memory products, which have the potential to drive significant breakthroughs in fields such as virtual reality and supercomputing.

As an engineer in this team, you will be working on designing and developing innovative packaging solutions that enable these advancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop cutting-edge technology.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced packaging technology, wafer-level packaging, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
