Account Technologist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Account Technologist. This role involves working closely with customers to identify their requirements and application needs based on Advanced Packaging architectures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PVD/CVD/ALD/EPI processes and prior experience in the semiconductor industry. They should be flexible to travel overseas when needed and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer requirements/application based on Advanced Packaging architectures.
  • Work with GPM to define requirements for new products or new CIPs as needed.
  • Align with BM to prioritize demo resource allocation based on business opportunity, timing and ROI.
  • Be the primary owner for post Phase 5 product JDPs/demos, including demo planning, alignment and execution.
  • Be the secondary owner supporting KPU for post Phase 3 product JDPs/demos.

Requirements:

* PVD/CVD/ALD/EPI process background
* Prior working experiences in semiconductor industry
* Flexible to travel overseas when needed (up to 50%)
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
