Senior Manager of Advanced Packaging Solutions

This is a critical position in our organization, requiring a leader to spearhead strategic packaging initiatives for high-performance products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business objectives forward.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead small and large teams toward common goals, develop and implement strategies aligned to organizational objectives, and ensure the delivery of high-performing and cost-effective advanced packaging solutions.
A key responsibility of this role is to develop and communicate advanced packaging technology development strategy, ensuring alignment with company direction and driving multi-functional initiatives forward.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Technical leadership skills, including setting long-term technical objectives and providing guidance on technology decision making.
- Multifunctional leadership abilities, such as representing our organization in cross-department initiatives and developing relationships with peers across departments.
- An understanding of process flows, interactions, and how changes can impact yield, performance, and reliability.
- The ability to apply extensive technical knowledge to guide strategic directions and solve problems effectively.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields.
- 10+ years of semiconductor process or equipment development experience, preferably in wafer bonding, plating, warpage control, and packaging field.
- Strong understanding of package development and product transfer processes, as well as departmental procedures.
