Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales and business development director to lead our operations in the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's global business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the medical device industry and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or engineering).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
