About the Role


Vyom Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion in the ASEAN markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our sales pipeline, increase revenue, and establish strong relationships with key partners and customers.



Job Description:



  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Vyom Labs' presence in the ASEAN region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners to drive business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Track and update internal CRM for sales pipeline, contact, and accounts.


Requirements:



  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • 6-12 years of experience in business development in ASEAN countries and vertical solution offering.
  • Savvy with industry trends and competitors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
