ASEAN Sales and Trade Development Manager

Cross Reach PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the ASEAN region.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for defining, supporting, and managing products and offerings specific to the ASEAN market. This role will involve developing strategies for expanding our customer base within ASEAN, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base in ASEAN
- Identify new market opportunities and appoint new distributors for the region
- Build strong relationships with distributors and business partners
- Implement effective route-to-market strategies and commercial pricing models to drive revenue growth
- Develop strategy for Japanese product business in ASEAN
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and distributor management of Japanese products in the region
- Strong understanding and exposure to ASEAN market
- Good leadership skills to coach and mentor team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
