Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, business management or related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in compensation and benefits.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing the implementation of employee benefits programmes, providing data support for rewards related exercises and projects, and applying data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
  • Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
  • Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Highly analytical and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, Power BI and AI knowledge would be desirable
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of SGD 8,000 - SGD 12,000 per month, depending on experience
