Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day compensation activities, conducting data analysis and reporting, and participating in compensation processes such as bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with reviewing compensation transactions in the HR system and conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in compensation processes including bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation recommendations are sound and supported by data.
  • Provide compensation support to the HR and business teams as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
  • Understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

About Compensation and Benefits
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
