Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator is required to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert estimates and cost advice to clients.

  • Lead on the preparation of detailed construction estimates and schedules
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all aspects of a project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction estimation and cost management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
