Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior quantity surveyor to join our team. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for handling the full range of quantity surveying work including measurement, estimating & tendering, procurement and contract/sub-contracts administration cost & budget control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measurement: To measure and estimate quantities of materials and labor required for construction projects.
  • Estimating: To prepare detailed estimates of costs associated with construction projects, including labor, materials and plant hire.
  • Tendering: To assist in the preparation of tenders for construction projects, including writing and editing tender documents.
  • Procurement: To source and procure materials and services required for construction projects.
  • Contract Administration: To administer contracts and sub-contracts, including preparing and issuing contract documents, managing variations and claims, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
