Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of tender quotations for construction projects.
About the Role:
The Senior Construction Estimator will work closely with the project team to ensure that all tender submissions are accurate, complete and submitted on time. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documents, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and schedules.
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Collaborating with the project team to identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions.
- Maintaining accurate records of tender submissions and responses.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building and relevant experience in the construction industry. You should also possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other measurement software.
Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development. Working days are 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm). Location is near Novena MRT, with easy access to public transportation.
