Senior Construction Estimator

This role requires a seasoned construction estimator to oversee the estimation process for projects up to $5,000. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and cost control, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Estimate construction costs for projects from initial stages to completion.
- Develop detailed estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to inform estimating decisions.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a construction estimator.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
