Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Construction Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project tender submissions, measuring quantities, and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing & other required documents.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, finalization of accounts.
  • Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
  • Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Drafting of civil and structural drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Prepare, draw, procedure and distribute drawings and calculations based on requirement and authorities.
  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective coordination.
Requirements:
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Construction and Quantity Surveying
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Civil Engineering background
