About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, as well as managing contracts and budgets.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality estimates that meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
