Senior Construction Estimator

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Construction Estimator. As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for the administration of selected projects, including contract preparation, valuation, and negotiation with contractors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments to the Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers
- Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with the Contractor / Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract
- Preparation of regular cost reconciliation statements of the project showing payments to-date & projected final cost
- Attendance of site meetings and virtual meetings
- Preparation & agreement of final accounts for the project
