About the Role

The Global TMT team at OCBC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and broaden relationships for a portfolio of TMT corporate clients globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate corporate and investment banking business across TMT sectors, with a focus on semiconductors, hardware, and software segments.
  • Lead the execution of mandates covering various product offerings, including Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets & M&A Advisory, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, and Treasury.
  • Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and meeting deal execution timelines.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate & investment banking. You will have good knowledge and experience in TMT and understand the relevant geopolitical situation. You will also be results-oriented, resourceful, and strong in business connections, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
