Strategic Corporate Relationship Developer

HIREHUB PTE. LTD. is seeking an ambitious Strategic Corporate Relationship Developer to join our team. This exciting role presents a unique opportunity to build and foster relationships with corporate clients, driving business growth and revenue targets.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer dynamics, and a proven track record of success in sales and relationship management. With 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or corporate lending, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, servicing existing accounts, and generating referrals through your extensive network of contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold Calling and Outreach Programs: Identify and engage potential corporate clients, building rapport and establishing trust to drive sales.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and compliance standards are met.
- Solution Customization: Conduct thorough reviews of client financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Referral Generation: Actively seek referrals from new and existing clients, leveraging your professional network to drive business growth.
- Compliance and Quality: Maintain a high standard of service quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship development.
- A Diploma/Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, SME, or corporate lending/loans
- Entry-level candidates with a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Able to interact and engage with others easily to generate potential business leads
- Possess out-of-the-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts
- Results-driven with a proven track record of performance
