About the Role

GOLIN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Corporate Affairs Director to join our team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our corporate businesses under the Golin brand. Your expertise and industry knowledge will be crucial in forging meaningful partnerships, expanding our client base, and promoting our solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs strategies to ensure alignment with client business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients regarding their communication and public relations strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant industries to inform campaign strategies and client recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated PR strategies and ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
  • Lead new business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing potential client opportunities and participating in client pitches.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in corporate affairs by attending industry conferences and networking events.
  • Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Corporate Communications and Affairs or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns for corporate and technology clients.
  • Strong industry understanding, including trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategy and engagement and ability to develop communications materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex information.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, including media relations, thought leadership, and content development.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and tools for PR and social media management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
