Job Title: Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at ECON Healthcare Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Manage the collection of monthly home payments and petty cash, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, liaise with healthcare institutions, and arrange for necessary services.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports, and assist in regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Assist with filing, maintaining, and updating customer documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Handle orders in our CRM system, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries from vendors.
  • Process staff claims, including medical claims and overtime payments.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for family conferences and facilitate visits from potential sponsors.
  • Oversee the operations of service counters, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Minimum GCE 'N Level or above.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Customer service experience preferred, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a friendly disposition, enjoying interaction with people.
