Assistant Front Office Manager

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This will include processing guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Accountabilities:
* Process guest check-ins and room assignments according to hotel policies and procedures
* Provide assistance with luggage, safety boxes, and other guest requests
* Collect payment in compliance with cash handling and accounting policies
* Answer guest enquiries about hotel services, events, and attractions
* Perform night audits and prepare necessary reports
Requirements:
* Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
* At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Opera and Marriott systems
