Customer Service Team Lead and Manager

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead and Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the entire order management process, ensuring seamless customer service delivery, and driving team performance.
This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of order management representatives, coordinate with various departments, and enhance customer satisfaction. A hands-on approach is necessary to develop and implement efficient order management policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of order management systems (SAP R3 (ECC) or S4 Hana) and processes is essential. Additionally, good working knowledge in the negotiation of Letters of Credit for countries and other payment terms such as D/P, D/A, etc. is required.
