Customer Support Team Lead

As a Customer Support Team Lead at HA HA BIN SUCCESS PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for attending to customer enquiries, including order status and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and follow up on customer enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Keep track of business documents and filing, maintaining accurate records in accordance with GDPMDS standards.
- Maintain and upkeep the SG customer contact database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support customers on service contract billing enquiries and complex issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Manage service contract and warranty tracking, devising plans for PM scheduling with customers.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve service contract billing-related issues.
- Assist the FS manager in preparing service contract proposals.
- Monitor demo and loaner asset status, coordinating logistic arrangements with customers.
- Support departmental efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction indices.
- Conduct daily reviews of Genpact Service-Level Agreement reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
