Team Lead Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at SP Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure consistent service standards across all departments. Your expertise in quality assurance will help us deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers, while your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and inspire staff to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements, streamlining procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions, developing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in quality assurance or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
