Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd. is partnering with a well-known provider of organic and nutrient-rich superfoods to hire a Customer Service Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing a team handling order-related inquiries, refunds, and customer concerns via email and social media channels. This involves implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, collaborating with the Marketing & Fulfillment teams to enhance the overall customer experience, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and confidence.

The successful incumbent will be handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, monitoring service performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management. They must stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the central region. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. During sales periods with high order volume, there may be a possibility of working over weekends (which off-in-lieu will be compensated accordingly).
