Job Highlights & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of service technicians in an automotive workshop. Key responsibilities include supervising, deploying service technicians for onsite tyre servicing, attending customer requests at the indoor workshop, handling walk-in and phone inquiries from customers, and liaising between customers and service technicians. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment, plan duty rosters for night standby shifts, and be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop and prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are also essential. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers.
