The Position
We are looking for 2x committed Customer Service Executive to be part of our vibrant automotive team.
(Training provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. INTERACTIVITY
- First point of contact for our scheduled or walk-in clients on accident reporting
- Co-ordination between workshop and clients on repair status
- Co-ordination between insurance companies and workshop on survey schedule
- Ensure excellent after-sales support to customers
2. PAPERWORK
- Ensure timely filing of accident reports
- Prepare notice to insurance companies
- Attend to email correspondences
- Upkeeping of clients' database
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· GCE "N" /"O" / ITE/Diploma
(Those with no formal education but possess the right experiences / attitudes are welcome to apply)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Well versed in English, fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Proficient in MS Office
· Meticulous with details
OTHERS:
· Salary : Up to $3,500.00 depending on attitude, experience & qualification
