Customer Service Executive (F&B), Singapore (Contract)
The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes orders processing, orders validation as well as on-time delivery process and handling complaints. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction, reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and close collaboration with Customer Service Leads.
The Position:
Responsible for order fulfilment & processing
Be key contact person to communicate with customer on order management
Responsive to customer phone call and reply to customer query
Perform order entry or validate orders
Liaise with various departments to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
Order tracking activities such as sending Order Confirmations to Customers, keep Customers informed of order status, react promptly to order instruction changes by Customers
Log-in customer complaints into Q-Notification (Complaint System) and assist Complaint Team in getting complaint samples, information on storage conditions, end application etc to aid investigation
Coordinate goods return or product recall if required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years' experience in Customer Service handling Order fulfilment
Possess native/good language proficiencies in English to communicate with local internal & external stakeholders including global key accounts
Responsible, responsive & committed with good interpersonal skills, has a customer oriented and team player approach
Has the attention to details, organisation with good learning agility and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good working experience in SAP especially (SD/O2C modules)
