Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Training Coordinator to join our team at BTI Executive Search. As a key contributor, you will support all service and selling training strategies, as well as Omnichannel initiatives and programs, to drive The Brand Experience in all stores in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
• Support training strategy and implementation plan for Retail and Outlet stores
• Partner with the Retail Management team to implement business strategies and support sales and service goals
• Help drive a differentiated customer experience in stores by understanding customer shopping needs

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong competency in creating engaging training content and learning tools
• Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
