About This Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service and Training Coordinator to provide excellent service to our customers and coordinate training activities.

As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of customer service meet our high standards and responding promptly to customer queries and issues.

In addition, you will assist in planning and scheduling courses, coordinating with trainers and administrators, and maintaining accurate records.
