Franchise Development Lead

The Franchise Development Lead will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to increase franchise sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise locations and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchisees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute branding strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to franchise development and sales.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
