**Franchise**:
To support the Franchisee from the sale of the franchise to the grand opening of the new location. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the Franchise businesses run effectively
- with operating standards and systems developed in unison with the Company owned outlets.
**Responsibilities**:
Franchise:
- Visit all Franchises from different regions on a frequent basis.
- Assess store standards and provide updates on successful ideas within Franchise and Owned stores.
- Ensure that products displayed are current and up to date, no unauthorized suppliers.
- Ensure compliance in line with their Franchise Agreement and Company expectations.
- Represent the Franchise network within the Company, including sharing feedback from Franchises regarding business development, product opportunities and market information that could be used to develop the business.
- Complete the yearly Franchise Nationwide Audit exercise including Operational Audit, in person, of each store.
- Franchise legal responsibilities - Franchise Agreement renewals, sales and keeping Franchise Agreements up to date with current legislation.
- Advise and support Franchisees with all areas of their business including Store standards, staffing and recruitment, finances and payments, salaries (including their own), cost control, expansion and selling of their Franchise.
- Ensure the level of Customer Service offered by Franchises is brand enhancing and in line with Company Policy.
- Roll out and support the integration of new Company initiatives to Franchises to ensure that Company stores and Franchises have uniform offerings and the same opportunities to perform.
- Provide support on any operational issues or difficulties Franchises may have i.e., failed deliveries, IT etc.
- Ensure Franchisee financial obligations to the business are in line with their contractual terms.
Branding:
- Overall brand direction and strategies.
- Ensure long term brand alignment with goals.
- Work with Marketing Head to manage content and collaterals for the brands.
- Research on marketing trends/developing trends in terms of customers' behaviour and public perception.
- Maintain Company’s public image through implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working for a franchise organization.
- Proven working experience as Franchise Manager.
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies.
- Experience in overall brand direction and strategies is a plus.
- Experience in multi-state, multi-site operations.
- Experience in new restaurant openings, to include site selection, and construction, equipment, staffing and local vendor selection is required.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
