About the Role
The International Franchise Network Leader will oversee the strategic growth and management of our global franchise network. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract qualified franchise partners, conducting market research and analysis, and providing operational support to franchisees.
- Franchise Development: Develop and execute plans to increase brand awareness, build relationships with potential franchise partners, and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees.
- Franchise Sales: Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
- Franchise Management: Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensure effective communication between the company and franchisees, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver training and operational support.
- Financial Performance & Analysis: Assess the financial viability of new markets, track franchisee performance, and provide financial insights to management.
- Marketing & Branding: Position the brand competitively in the international marketplace, ensure all franchise partners uphold brand identity, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of franchise development activities, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
- Proven success in franchise recruitment and expansion.
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
