Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Franchise specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our company's growth through effective leadership, streamlined operations, and most importantly, the ability to generate qualified leads and successfully close franchise deals for our furniture business.
Key Responsibilities:
Job OverviewThe Franchise Specialist will play a key role in supporting our franchise development efforts by identifying and engaging potential franchisees, managing the onboarding process, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of our franchise network. This individual will work closely with the Franchise Development Manager to execute growth strategies and maintain relationships with franchisees, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Roles & Responsibilities- Franchise Development:
Research and identify potential franchisees in target markets.
Conduct franchise opportunity presentations and support the franchise sales process.
Assist in preparing franchise agreements, legal documents, and financial projections.
Support the development and execution of franchise marketing campaigns to attract new franchisees. - Franchisee Onboarding:
Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, including training, operations manuals, and initial setup.
Coordinate training schedules and provide ongoing operational support to franchisees.
Ensure compliance with company standards and franchise agreements. - Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of contact for franchisees, providing continuous support and guidance.
Monitor franchisee performance and provide assistance to resolve operational challenges.
Conduct regular business reviews and help franchisees optimize their operations. - Franchise Operations & Marketing:
Ensure that franchisees follow company guidelines and procedures in daily operations.
Assist franchisees in local marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Maintain ongoing communication with the marketing team to update promotional materials for franchisees. - Reporting & Administration:
Prepare reports on franchise development progress and performance.
Track franchise sales, renewals, and expansion efforts.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and franchise performance metrics.
