
International Franchise Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist to spearhead our international franchise development strategy. The role's primary focus is to build brand awareness and recruit qualified franchise partners, positioning our brand for sustainable growth globally.
- You will drive business expansion strategies, identify potential markets, and lead the sales process from prospecting to final agreement. Beyond development, you will also support global expansion, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success once franchisees are established.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in F&B franchising, strong international business experience, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. This position requires a results-driven leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, ready to represent our brand regionally and globally.
- Develop strategies to generate international interest in the brand and attract qualified franchise partners.
- Conduct market scans to identify target regions, assess market readiness, and prioritise expansion opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive outreach, trade shows, digital campaigns, and industry networks.
- Negotiate franchise terms and ensure alignment with company standards, collaborating with legal and senior management to finalise agreements.
- Represent the brand at international industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase franchising opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
- Proven success in franchise recruitment and expansion.
- Proven track record in opening new franchise stores regionally and globally.
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented with a hands-on working style.
