About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the daily operations of our bubble tea store.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and launch of our new franchise concept, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with modern lifestyle beverages.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bubble tea store, ensuring seamless and efficient service to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.

New Business Development:
