
Business Development Franchise Executive

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing new franchise opportunities in both local and international markets. This role involves leading the expansion of our franchise network, managing end-to-end franchise development activities and supporting franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess and pursue franchise expansion opportunities in targeted overseas markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for franchise growth, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Lead the franchise recruitment process: sourcing leads, presenting business proposals, conducting interviews and facilitating due diligence.
- Establish strong relationships with potential franchisees and act as a brand ambassador in overseas markets.
- Prepare and present franchise proposals, investment decks and legal documentation with support from the legal team.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new franchise partners to ensure compliance with operational and brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and curriculum teams to provide ongoing support and guidance to international franchisees.
- Conduct overseas site visits to assess performance, provide consultancy and ensure quality assurance.
- Monitor franchisee performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, franchise expos and industry events internationally to promote the brand.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level / Diploma; candidates with GCE 'O' Level and relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong interest in business development, sales or franchise operations.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and stationed overseas when required.
- Overseas experience is not required; training and guidance will be provided.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
